SHIPPING POLICY

Getting your shirt from Sarpy to you.

Every Sarpy Shirt Co. order is prepared with care. We are a small, locally inspired business, and our goal is to make the process from checkout to your doorstep as simple and transparent as possible.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During new releases, holidays, or periods of higher-than-normal order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If a delay pushes your order beyond the shipping timeframe disclosed at checkout (or, if none was disclosed, beyond 30 days from your order date), we will notify you of the delay and confirm whether you would like to consent to the new shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund, consistent with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. You may also cancel an order that has not yet shipped at any time by contacting us at sarpyshirts@gmail.com.

Shipping

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by Sarpy Shirt Co. Shipments are also subject to the UPS Tariff/Terms of Service, available at ups.com.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at sarpyshirts@gmail.com within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. Carriers may require that claims for lost or damaged packages be filed by the shipper, so prompt reporting allows us to file a timely claim with the carrier on your behalf consistent with the carrier’s terms of service.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information using the email address provided with your order.
