Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale, or other order irregularities.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices, promotions, products, and availability may change without notice.

Applicable state and local sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sarpy Shirt Co. complies with applicable remote-seller and economic-nexus sales tax obligations in the states where it is required to collect tax.
